I'm getting contacted by a lot of people and can't keep up. What can I do?
Some JumpPost users have found it easier to host an "Open House" than to schedule a time for each individual person who contacts them to come by.
As an example, you can respond to everyone who contacts you saying "I'll be hosting an open house from 10am-1pm on Saturday. Come by during that time if you'd like to see the apartment."
This way many people can check out the place, you're likely to find a tenant who wants to apply, and you haven't had to take time out of your schedule to be available on multiple occasions.
