Value, value, value. The financial district is bustling from 9-5, and then the city's professionals clear out and it becomes a quiet residential neighborhood. Big buildings and modern apartments are cheap. Light on culture, but if you're banking 20 hours a day, not a bad place to hang your hat for the other 4.
